Assam authors Jitul Borah, Debojit Borah invited to Kalinga Literary Festival

New Delhi: Authors Debojit Borah and Jitul Borah both from Assam are invited to take part in KLF Bhava Samvad an online literary series programme of Kalinga Literary Festival. will attend a discussion on Jitul Borah’s popular book Asomor Paryatantholi published recently. According to Ashutosh Kr. Thakur, the Co Director cum Curator of KLF, the book Asomor Paryatantholi will be discussed at national level in a programme titled ‘KLF Bhava Sangbad” from 4 pm for 75 minutes on 23rd January, 2022. The entire discussion will be anchored by Jun Jyoti Saikia, a teaching professional and technically assisted by Manoj Bauah, a CRCC under SSA, Assam. Topics like scopes of tourism in Assam, tourism industry of Assam, role of tourism in solving unemployment problems of Assam, what the state Govt should do to expand tourism in Assam and how to attract tourists both domestic and international to Assam will be elaborately discussed. The programme will be telecast live on YouTube, koo, KLF facebook page besides the official website of KLF. Ashmita Deka and Gitima Kalita ,junior singers of Assam are invited to perform Bhupendra Sangeet in this programme.
