New Delhi: XSEED, the flagship programme of iDiscoveri Education and a path-breaking and comprehensive solution for quality teaching and learning in K-12 schools, has been recognized as the eMost Innovative Tool in the K12 Category f at the Indian Education Congress 2011. In the first of its kind conclave in India, the company has received the most coveted award in the K-12 space for its pioneering work in bringing about a change in school education in India. XSEED Living Knowledge System is a complete curriculum, training and student assessment program for Playgroup]Grade 8designed to help each child learn using active exploration and equips teachers with all the tools and training needed to deliver lessons consistently. XSEED is compatible with the syllabi prescribed by CBSE, ICSE and state boards such as the Tamil Nadu Common Curriculum. Currently XSEED reaches nearly 700 schools across India and touches over 250,000 children. On receiving the trophy at the award function organized by Franchise India, in the capital recently, Anustup Nayak, Partner, iDiscoveri Education, said, gWe are very pleased to receive this prestigious award. The jury consisted of renowned policy makers, educationists and corporate leaders like Sudhir Kapur (Chairman, CII Sub-Committee on Education), Dilip Chenoy (Chairman, National Skill Development Corporation) and Prof. Raj Shekhar Pillai (Vice Chancellor, IGNOU). The Indian Education Awards 2011, organized by Franchisee India, is an industry platform that recognises the excellence in the development of education industry in India. The awards honour outstanding initiatives and achievements of individuals and institutions that have contributed significantly towards the growth of the education sector in India.
