Aligarh: Thirty-one students of Senior Secondary School (Boys) of the Aligarh Muslim University have been selected in IIT entrance test this year. The Vice Chancellor, Lt. General (Retd.) Zameer Uddin Shah has appreciated the success terming it as an "outstanding performance". He has complimented the students for bringing laurels to the University.

The students who have succeeded in qualifying the prestigious admission test are Saqib Amjad, Shubham Singh, Altaf Ali, Gaurav Sharma, Nabeel Khan, Ashar Ali, Parveen Singh Raguvanshi, Kushagara Gupta, Anshuman Goel, Nishant Kumar, M. Khalid Siddiqui, Mohd Tariq, Shaharyar K. Ahmad, Kartik Khare, Shaikh Mohd. Wasif, Parvez Ahmad, Shanawaz Ahmad, Akshay Prasad Singh, Md. Parvez Alam, Ayush Goel, Gaurav Satish, Kushal Singhal, Shafeequl Islam, Mohd. Osama, Saleem Ahmad, Dharmendra Singh, Mayank Agarwal, Abhishek Kumar, Vikrant Gautam, Shivam Kushwaha and Umesh Kumar.
