Applications have been invited for admission to MTech degree courses in the University Departments of University of Kerala for Session 2012.
1. MTech degree course in Electronics & Communication (Optoelectronics & Optical Communication) in Department of Optoelectronics
2. MTech degree course in Computer Science (with Specialization in Digital Image Computing) in Department of Computer Science
3. MTech degree course in Technology Management in Department of Future Studies
Eligibility:
Optoelectronics & Optical Communication:
At least a second class BE / BTech or equivalent degree with 55% marks in Electronics / Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering, Applied Electronics and Instrumentation or MSc Degree in Physics / Applied Physics / Electronic Science or Electronics of the University of Kerala or equivalent. Minimum marks in the qualifying examination for the SC / ST candidates are 50%.
Computer Science (with Specialization in Digital Image Computing):
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology with at least 55% marks in one of the following branches: Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering from the University of Kerala or equivalent recognized degree of a recognized University.
OR
First Class Master’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Application from the University of Kerala or equivalent recognized degree of a recognized University.
Technology Management:
BTech Degree or equivalent in any branch of Engineering / Technology with at least 55% marks from any of the recognized Universities in India.
