New Delhi: It is a matter of pride and pleasure for Jamia Millia Islamia that one of its student, Mr. Mridul Kumar Upadhyay, who is enrolled in the B. Tech. (Mechanical) programme at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, has been nominated by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India to be part of the Indian Youth Delegation. The Indian Youth Delegation is scheduled to visit South Korea from 7-18 August, 2012 under the Indo-Korea Youth Exchange Programme. A total 19 students have been selected for this programme from all over India. The main purpose of the visit is to promote mutual understanding of values and cultures amongst the youth and to develop better relations between India and South Korea. Jamia Millia Islamia congratulates him and wishes him the very best for this undertaking.
