Raipur: Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) is a premier law school in Raipur, Chhattisgarh will be organizing the third addition of the  Justice Hidayatullah Memorial Moot Court Competition. The theme for the same is International Trade and Competition Law.

This Academic Year, we shall be conducting the third edition of the Competition. The first two editions were characterised by feats of individual as well as collective brilliance from the participants and were reflective of the high quality of performance which we at Hidayatullah National Law University continuously strive to achieve.

This version of the Competition is set to be bigger and better than the ones preceding it as the event shall now be staged at the newly constructed , magnificent Campus of the University in the picturesque New Raipur which humbly awaits your presence. The moot, which shall address the field of Competition Law, has once again been endorsed by the Competition Commission of India and is aimed at providing a healthy yet competitive forum for debate on the subject and its emerging aspects. From the experience we have had in the previous two editions, we expect active participation this time also, not only from the fraternity of National Law Schools but also from the legal luminaries including Judges of the Honourable Supreme Court of India, Honourable High Courts and District Courts, Judicial Officers, Advocates, Law Firm partners and Research Associates. The event is expected to attract local as well as national media and press coverage
which shall only add to the fervour of the occasion.

Needless to say, we at the Hidayatullah National Law University shall leave no stone unturned in making this event as organised, hospitable and competitive as possible. We sincerely hope and believe that through the contribution of one and all associated with this event, we shall be able to stage amagnum opus .

14th September, 2010: Last date for requesting clarification on Moot Problem.
21st September, 2010: Posting of clarifications on Moot Problem on Website.
1st October, 2010: Last Date for Registration.
15th October, 2010: Last date for submission of memorials in both hard and soft copy.
