Unforgettable gifts on the eve of SAIR to SANDHOLE

Sandhole area is a name comprising of more than 100  villages and it is the edge of Mandi District of  Himachal Pradesh. This area  does not have any govt technical or vocational training institutes up to the radius of 100 kilometers in the district where it falls. More than 20 percent families are very well off and have even significant identification in state as well in India in terms of their talent in Services/Sports etc. Most of this strata have settled either in cities or towns. The children of other financially strong people are able to avail technical or vocational trainings at the distant places. An non profit organization NHEPES conducted survey for one month  and it was revealed that approximately 500 students especially the girls are free at home either after 10th or 12th class. Such type of 200 students filled the forms for doing any vocationa/technical courses/certificate at their door step.A continuous 5-6 times efforts of NHEPES to approach MHRD ,NITTTRI,TECHNICAL EDUCATION BOARD and GOVT. POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES brought fruit on the eve of Mandi District's  Unique Festival SAIR.The officials from the state Govt were personally requested to see the real Mela of recently/fresh unemployed seeking or having urge for any type of further studies. The buses started coming in the morning from different villages to bus stand and within a hour i.e. up to 9,there were visibility  youngsters in a groups all around for doing 6 months Computer course which they were told free of cost by NHEPES during the survey conducted. The concerned state govt officials came late may be because of rainy season and after long discussion they finally gave nod to NHEPES for running  such type of centre at Sandhole  which is Free of Cost (NO FEE ).NHEPES has enrolled 120 students at their  branch office at Bus stand Sandhole. All the girl students were very happy returning their homes on the day SAIR.

Simultaneously , an MNC was invited for placement /training of 25 poor male candidates from far flung villages like

(Chatron,Bhaletuan,Bakhrohal,Khanour,Saklana,Gorat,Deol,Bhallu,Beri,Dhalara,Takrehar,Jamula, gharbasra,Balh ) . Twenty five such type of students were very happy after the formalities of selection on the SAIR……..

It proposed that during DIWALI, the area people will get another  gift of SOLAR LANTERN PROJECT in which the trainer will also get stipend during the training .
